
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At Glowing Beauty, we understand that life happens, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To ensure we can accommodate all of our clients and respect our teamβs time, we have the following cancellation and rescheduling policy in place:
π Cancellation Policy:
We require at least 24 hours' notice for all cancellations.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a 20% charge of the scheduled service.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service fee.
π Rescheduling Policy:
You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without any penalty.
Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment may be subject to a additional rescheduling fee of 15% of your service cost.
π Late Arrivals:
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid delays for other clients.
If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and considered a no-show, resulting in a full charge.
π Deposits & Refunds:
Services require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment (if within policy guidelines).
Refunds are not issued for missed or late appointments.
π Emergency Exceptions:
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
